Automatically keep your calendar in sync with everything happening at TDG

With so much happening in the world of OTT, we’ve never been busier.  So, at the demand of our spouses and significant others, we created a new iCal feed to help them figure out just where we were and what we were doing. Since they loved it almost as much as they love us, we’ve decided to extend it out of our labs and into your hands.  We'll preface that this is a beta, so send us your feedback and tell us how we can help make this better for you.

 It only take a moment to set up in Outlook 2007 or Google, here’s how…

Outlook 2007

Add an iCal feed to Outlook 2007:

- Highlight and copy our URL http://ical.tdg.bz

- Select "Tools", then "Account Settings" in your Outlook 2007 Calendar menu.

- Select "Internet Calendars" and click "New".

- Paste the link http://ical.tdg.bz and click add. 

-  Set up the display name for your calendar and/or add a description in "Subscription Options".   

- To see The TDG Event information, expand "Other Calendars" your navigation panel and select the "TDG Event Calendar.” Use the arrows on the calendar tabs to merge or separate the TDG calendar and your standard Outlook calendar.

Google Calendar

Add an iCal feed to Google Calendar:

- Highlight and copy our URL http://ical.tdg.bz

- Open a new browser window and go to your Google Calendar. Click on the “Add” dropdown button in the "My Calendars" section on the left-hand side.

- Choose "Add by URL".

- On the next screen, paste the URL http://ical.tdg.bz in the "public calendar address" field.

- Click "Add Calendar"

- Click on Calendar Settings

- Change the name of the calendar to TDG Events Calendar
